Refunds
If you need to offer a refund on all or part of an order:
- On your Admin Home page, click on the ‘Transactions’ button, which can be found underneath the breakdown of your sales. This brings up a list of customer orders (most recent first).
- Click ‘Refund’ by the transaction and choose whether to fully or partially refund a customer.
