Transaction settings are applied to all of your customer orders.

Additional order receipt

When one of your customers makes a transaction via the Inzu payment gateway they will always receive a transaction e-mail from Inzu for their records. However if you want to send your customers an additional branded receipt you can use this setting along with the "order receipt designer".

The receipt designer will allow to choose an appropriate color scheme and font for your receipt, you can upload a header image with your brand logo or some other artwork, and finally you can add custom message that can include web links - a great way to add a special offer or free gift after purchase.

Local shipping zone

Inzu usually offers 3 shipping zones; North America, South America, Europe, Rest of World. This setting allows you to create a custom shipping zone for your home country.

Base shipping charges

Base shipping charges apply to the order as a whole, in addition to any per-item shipping charges that you set. Often a delivery company will charge a general fee with additional charges for extra weight, so you can use base shipping charges to closely match the general fee of your chosen delivery company.

Required order fields

Use this option to request further information from your customers such as their mobile phone number.

Stock levels

Decide whether stock levels are checked on the order confirmation page, reccommended for mail-orders with limited stock.
